COPELAND WOOD

I currently serve as Vice-President of the Alabama chapter of SCI.  My earliest memories of hunting include picking up doves for my father and sitting on a deer stand with my grandfather when I was five years old.  I continue to hunt doves, ducks, deer, and turkeys every chance I get.  I have seen firsthand the work SCI plays in conservation.  My favorite place to hunt was saved from nearby commercial development that would have ended five generations of my family’s hunting heritage there because SCI provided crucial support to stop the development.  We are all blessed to enjoy nature and SCI is the organization that best promotes hunting worldwide.
